GateToken (GT) on-chain burn completed in Q2 2025, with a total cumulative burn value exceeding $2.748 billion.
Odaily News According to an official announcement, the on-chain burn of GateToken (GT) for Q2 2025 has been officially completed, with a total of 1,922,789.196841 GT transferred to the burn address, amounting to a burn value of over 39.01 million dollars. Since the launch of the GateChain mainnet in 2019, GT has implemented a continuous burn mechanism, and to date, a total of 180,555,112 GT has been burned, with a cumulative burn value of approximately 2.748 billion dollars (calculated at current prices), reducing the total token supply from the initial 300 million by about 60.18%.
